Adding mcp-mcp server to the README.md
mcp-mcp collects information about MCP servers from public lists (including this one) and lets clients to look up the tools they need.
Motivation and Context
Claude Code is very skilled at writing the tools he needs, however, many of them already exist and can be installed. Unfortunately, it's doesn't look them up by himself. Giving him a dedicated tool with local db of publicly available MCP servers helps with discovery and guided installation.
How Has This Been Tested?
This server has been tested with Claude Desktop on mac and Claude Code.
