Description

Added a new entry for the SafetySearch server to the third-party servers list in the README. SafetySearch provides real-time FDA food safety data, including recalls, adverse events, and analysis.

Motivation and Context

This change is needed to register the SafetySearch server in the official list of MCP-compatible servers, making it discoverable for users and integrators looking for food safety data tools.

How Has This Been Tested?

The SafetySearch server has been tested independently and is live at https://github.com/surabhyaaryal/mcp-safety-search-server. The README update was verified for correct formatting and alphabetical placement.
