This PR expands the Usage section in the \sequentialthinking\ README to include actionable instructions, practical prompt examples, and verification steps. This helps users understand how to interact with the server and verify it's working via their host. Also cleans up a stray 'Comment' text block. Fixes #3132.

Helpful additions — the example prompts, field names, and verification checklist make the tool much more approachable. Also good catch removing the stray "Comment" text. Vendor-neutral throughout.
