MSL uses annotation 'DocumentationClass' which ist not part of the Specification

In the Modelica Standard Library, the annotation DocumentationClass is used in various packages. In Dymola this will change the display of the package icon to a special documentation icon in the package browser. However the annotation is not part of the Modelica Specification.

Therefore I think it needs either be:

• changed to a vendor specific annotation __Dymola_DocumentationClass
  or
• included in the Modelica Specification.

Note: The influence in Dymola is the following:

• Special icon
• Description is used in package browser instead of name
• The view is as default documentation.
