Discussion: should --watch be the default?

I use it almost all the time. But it might not be ideal if the user is "surprised" if the content changes.

Thoughts?

I use --watch more often than not. I think this comes down to personal preference, so it'd best be solved with a config option for watch default: always_watch = true.
