Description

Convert the AngularJS header directive + HeaderController + header.html partial to a React component using PatternFly React components.

Acceptance Criteria

• Header renders with Red Hat logo
• Navigation shows "Red Hat Cool Store" link
• PatternFly styling matches original
• Component is a client component (for auth state)
