Steps to reproduce:

1. Set thread_auto_close to something short (ex. 10s)
2. Make a thread
3. Thread doesn't get automatically closed after 10 seconds.

What should have happened:
Thread gets automatically closed

Seems to check for staff reply before closing thread which should be the intended behavior, closing this as invalid
