Plugin page moved from old docs to usage folder
Removes the unofficial plugin list, also modifies the plugin page accordingly
Moves seperate server page from old docs to the frequently asked questions
Railway is no longer free, so updating that info.
Changed invalid northflank link and updated replit info as its no longer free.

It updates part of the community guide page, Railway page and plugin page.
Also removing the Unofficial plugin list as a suggestion because the registry is there for approved plugins.
