Describe the bug
When I delete a version of a modpack and then re-upload a new version with the same version number (on the modrinth website) if I attempt to update an instance that had the version that was deleted, it will claim it's updating forever while not doing anything as is shown by both the fact it doesn't have the download icon in the top right hand corner and isn't using any network activity. This will overall result in the instance never being able to be launched because it thinks it's being updated.
Steps to reproduce
step 1: Make a modpack and get it accepted so that you can download it through the content browser on the Modrinth App.
step 2: download the latest version of your modpack on the modrinth app through the content browser.
step 3: delete the version of the modpack you just downloaded.
step 4: upload a new version of your modpack with the same version number and file name.
step 5: try updating the instance that you created earlier to the new version with the same version name.
step 6: wait forever as it doesn't download anything while thinking it is so you can never launch it.

Expected behavior
The expected behavior is the modpack just updates and allows you to launch it again and while it's updating to show the download icon in the corner of the modrinth app
Additional context
I figured this out because I accidentally forgot to include a file in the modpack that I showed off and I wanted to make sure that the version numbering would be consistent so I deleted the previous version and uploaded a new version. Also both the downloading of the modpack initially and uploading it to Modrinth were heavily sped up
