Can't upload version

Describe the bug

I've tried uploading the first version of my mod many times over multiple days. I tried rebuilding. I get this error:

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to upload version page
2. Type in all details
3. Press upload
4. Receive error.

Expected behavior

• uploading works
