Unable to load files in File Instance Viewer #5717

Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
- I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

Describe the bug
When in the "Files" tab for a modpack/instance it just displays Unable to load files. Pressing Try Again, Refresh, and Go to home folder do nothing and creating or uploading any file or folder with the + just returns with the action failed
This is for old instances created before the update as well as new instances created after the update. I genuinely have no idea what happened to cause this because it wasn't working as soon as I updated. My best guess would be that the problem is caused because I have my App Directory in a different location than default in a separate drive from the one that I installed the launcher at (and different from the default app directory).
Steps to reproduce
I Honestly don't know how it happened, I just updated my launcher when prompted and it never worked.
