Long strings in PAT scopes window cuts and break checkboxes

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems

Describe the bug

In Spanish the scope "Read user email" has to be translated as "Leer correo electrónico del usuario". There is no wayu to make it shorted, and as a consequence, the texts is too long to correctly fit in the scope selection window:

The text is cut and the checkbox is broken when not selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "Settings" and change the languiage to "Spanish (Spain)".
2. In the same menu, go to "Tokens de acceso personal".
3. Click the green button "+ Crear un PAT".
4. Notice the issue.

Expected behavior

The Edit PAT window should be wider to allow more space between each column for cases like this one.
