Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

Since there's already a button for filter Mods by "Disabled", there should be a button for filtering mods that are enabled too so you can easily disable them without having to double check.

Also another idea if you right click the "Disabled" button, it becomes "Enabled".
