Add a status bar item to display Mojo SDK detection state to the user, displays only when a .mojo file is open, or if the workspace includes a .mojo file. Status bar shows the detected SDK version and kind, or a clickable warning if no SDK was found. The status bar makes SDK detection issues more visible to the user, improving upon previous silent failures.
