fix(rsbuild-plugin): avoid configuring chunkLoading

What changed

Removed the Rsbuild plugin's automatic chunkLoading assignment and added a patch changeset for the package.

Why

Rsbuild plugin users should not need to configure or inherit chunkLoading from this plugin.
