- Member에서 MemberStatus는 완전한 매개변수를 받는 경우가 아니면 ACTIVE로 고정
- Request 객체 삭제(묶기에는 너무 단순하다고 판단)
- MemberBirthDate으로 null을 대입하던 문제 수정
