Markdown highlights orphan comments

Just started using the plugin, and I love the concept. I've missed side notes ever since I moved from Ulysses to Obsidian a few years ago. The Enhanced Annotations plugin offers a similar functionality but only at a block level.

I've found that inserting a markdown highlight == == near a comment causes the comment to be orphaned. The plugin still can locate the text, presumably by its coordinates, but loses the highlight.

Observations

• Once a comment is marked as orphaned, the only way I've found to restore it is to delete and recreate it. It would be helpful to have a repair or relink function.
• Even if I remove the markdown highlight, the note remains orphaned.
• The only option I see for orphaned note management is to delete them all. In addition to a relink function, it would be helpful to be able to move orphaned notes to their own Markdown backup file.

Orphaned comments are now re-checked on every file update, so they'll automatically recover once the text is found again (e.g., after removing the == highlight). Give it a try and let me know!
