In Windows, Adding a comment produces a duplicate

In Windows, when I "Add comment to selection", a duplicate comment is created every time. For now, I can work around it by deleting one of the duplicated entries, but I was hoping that this could be repaired.

I ran into this same issue on Windows. When you press the "add" button in the comment editor, two copies of the comment are saved. However, when you press "ctrl" + "enter" to save a comment in the comment editor, only one comment is saved.

It seems like the plugin is firing the “add/save” handler twice when the UI button is clicked (e.g., the button click and a form submit event are both calling the same save routine), but thankfully, this isn't the case for the keyboard shortcut.

Thanks for the report! Same fix as #16 — should be resolved in the latest version. Let me know if you're still seeing it after updating.
