Change existing Stack from Files on Server to Repo?

As title says. I see no way in the UI to accomplish this, am I blind? Or must I recreate it, or even use the Komodo API, CLI etc? I have a few dozen Stacks that I want to bulk change like this.

Also, if there's a way to perhaps use Syncs, I'm all ears. Currently I only use Repos and Stacks 1:1, so each Stack belongs to its particular Repo. I've never tried Syncs, so I dunno if they fit in here. It'd be nice to be able to bulk change my Stacks in the future.
