KreinSynergy is an open-source Streamlit application that lets researchers explore indefinite kernels—in particular, Kreĭn-space kernels—and see how they can model complex cooperative / competitive interactions such as antibiotic synergy. The tool bridges machine-learning theory and microbiology practice through hands-on visualisations, built-in synthetic data, and a tiny PostgreSQL backend for real experimental results.
