Notification when a contact adds a linked device

Hi, thanks a lot for your work on this amazing app !

I recently browsed through the news of exploits relying on the linked devices feature:

Given this threat, I believe it would be beneficial to add a(n optional) notification when contacts add a linked device to their account.
There could be two distinct effects when this happens:

• an event label in the corresponding chat
• a push notification (with an on/off toggle in settings)

I noticed that the number of linked devices is already available on each contact page, therefore (to the best of my understanding) it shouldn't be too difficult to implement :-)

I'll surely have a look, but have little to no experience on app development.

Additionally, I would like a notification if any more linked devices are added to my own account.

In either case, I would like to see a message in the chat with the user who adds a linked device, analogous to "your safety number with X has changed."
