[Bug] Version mismatch

Describe the bug
i've installed the latest version with release number 2.0.0 using a DMG file, but the settings -> about show version is 1.0.1 , not sure which one is correct .

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install using DMG
2. click puremac -> settings -> about
3. See mismatch

Fixed in v2.1.0. Root cause: PureMac/Info.plist hardcoded CFBundleShortVersionString=1.0.1 and CFBundleVersion=3 instead of using the $(MARKETING_VERSION) / $(CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION) macros from project.yml. The release pipeline produced a bundle whose DMG name came from the git tag but whose About-box read the stale Info.plist strings.

The v2.1.0 Info.plist now references the macros, and the shipped 2.1.0 bundle reports 2.1.0 (5) consistently across DMG name, About box, and Finder.
