regionplus.bypass.points.limit	Allows player to bypass the limit of points.
regionplus.bypass.visitor.*	Allows player to bypass all worlds of visitor limits.
regionplus.bypass.visitor.WORLD	Allows player to bypass the world of visitor limits.
regionplus.bypass.visitor.*	Allows player to bypass all worlds of visitor limits.
