Describe what this Pull Request contains and the changes made.
This develop contains further configuration for the pre-operational MONAN global 10km uniform resolution to run in the new CRAY supercomputer. It contains new tunning for the GF scheme and also defaults to WSM6 as the cloud microphysics parameterization to be applied. In this case, the 'namelist.atmosphere' present in the directory 'namelist_monan' must be used. It should requires changes in GCC CD_CT scripts. In other words, the namelist.atmosphere should read config_physics_suite = 'mesoscale_reference_monan'

Scientific Impact
This version should improves the forecast precipitation in the first 24h of the time integration. Because of MONAN uses a analysis data from a different model for its IC, we found that the 1st day always have a sub-estimation of the global mean precipitation. In my experiments, this version improves this systematic bias. In the future, this configuration should be revisited when the data assimilation of MONAN becoming available and start producing its own analysis for IC.
