The project is a daemon, not a generic "server". The name mdkd follows the Unix convention of suffixing daemons with "d" (bitcoind, lnd, etc.) and is shorter to type. Updates the Cargo package name, binary references in CI, Nix flake, justfile, test harness, README, and default data directories. The test helper struct is now MdkdHandle to match.
