[PMB-540] Add option to open vault directly in the update and delete connection view

Summary

As stated this adds 2 new options to the openService(Url) functions to that will take you directly to the Vault screen to:

• update the connection settings (i.e, username/password or authorization for API)
• delete the connection/credential from the vault.

This came up as a use-case in the context of Moneytree Business, so that we could reduce the number of steps a guest needs to take in the vault to be able to carry out these specific actions.

Notes

• I'm updating the dependencies that dependabot suggested, so I'll update the changelog afterwards.
• I'm might be missing steps necessary in the whole version bump and release prep, so feel free to point them out.
