All builds ok, maybe it's worth to bookmark this commit in case that we need instructions on how to create a cluster in the future.

This PR removes sections regarding cluster setup and dataset import, as these are already pre-configured in the Codespaces prebuilt and the Instruqt track.
There are a couple of other changes related to the latest improvements for Codespaces.
The PR also adds a section that points readers to the Instruqt track.
