chore: bump mongodb-mcp-server@prerelease

Description

This bumps mongodb-mcp-server to one of the prerelease version which contains the @MongoSH dependencies updates.

Ideally we wouldn't want to merge pre-release versions of deps to main but since the only release in sight for vscode extension is related to MongoDB MCP server I would propose that we make an exception this time and right before release of extension, bump the MongoDB MCP server to its GA version.
