general comment -- i see a lot of references to Atlas Search in some of the javascript endpoint comments as well as the Java read me. There's also one reference to Atlas Vector Search in a Java file that we should clean up.
Other than that, all the renaming and folder order lgtm locally!

Moves client and express folders into mflix directory and renames to the new format. Also updates references to old filenames throughout the app
