Build MongoDB From Source

This page has been removed as it was badly out of date and attempted to document multiple branches. We will be revising the build documentation and checking it in to the main server repository. Meanwhile, the docs/building.md file found on each branch contains the most up to date information. Please refer to that file for build instructions.
