I heard that the replay feature isn't being implemented due to storage space issues. In that case, how about allowing individuals to download the replays themselves?
There is an unofficial Tetris site called TETR.IO that doesn't save every single match record; instead, it allows you to download a replay file after each game concludes. It uses a proprietary replay format rather than a standard video format (it appears to be JSON-based). It would be great to have a similar feature.
This differs from simply capturing the final result. With a replay, you can gain more detailed insights—such as where a typo occurred or exactly which characters were confused. Furthermore, while standard screen recording means losing all such information if you forget to hit record, having the ability to download a replay later would be far superior.
Update: I checked and realized there actually is a feature to view replays after the match ends. My apologies. However, it would be great if there were also a feature to download the replays.
