feat(layout): add xenia_alt and hyperroll (@PTLux1517)

Description

Adds a mirrored version of the xenia layout with the L and X keys swapped and different placement of punctuation.

Also, I was going to open a separate PR to add the hyperroll layout, but forgot to create a separate branch and pushed to this one. These are all of the layout additions I was planning to request though.
