Hi @gdlbo I have completed the Turkish (TR) localization for both requested files: strings.xml: Fully translated and verified against official Telegram terminology. README_TR.md: Created a complete Turkish version of the documentation, maintaining technical accuracy and consistent terminology (MVI Pattern, Clean Architecture, etc.). I've updated the PR with these changes. Everything is ready for review! |

Fixed. I've moved the localization files to the :presentation module and cleaned up the accidental files in :app. It's ready for review now.

Created values-tr/strings.xml with full translations.
Added localization for all core components, Settings, Chat Theme Editor, and Premium features.
Verified consistency with official Telegram Turkish terminology.
Included accessibility content descriptions and correct plural forms for Turkish grammar.
