Updates Moodle developer release notes to include the published security announcement links for the relevant point releases, replacing the previous generic “details to be released later” placeholder text.
Changes:
- Add MSA-26-* security announcement links under “Security fixes” for Moodle 5.1.4 and 5.0.7.
- Add MSA-26-* security announcement links under “Security fixes” for Moodle 4.5.11 (including the PHPUnit upstream advisory relevant to that branch).
- Wrap the MSA blocks with cspell disable/enable directives to avoid spellchecker noise in the release notes.
