Yes, sure. It should be numbered in decimals since it does continuously refer to 1.3.

I don't see this as something that is required as such - it's a personal preference. We also really don't want to be introducing unnecessary HTML into our markdown. It's just not a good idea because it decreases our maintainability and improves our overheads. The better fix to this is CSS. See #722. |
