[feature] Add moon console extension to VSX registry

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Would be nice if the moon console extension was available in https://open-vsx.org/. As it is, I don't think it's possible to install in editors like Windsurf without somehow finding the underlying installation file.
