Five small docs and accessibility fixes from my fork. Which do you want, if any?

TL;DR: I have five small docs and accessibility fixes on my fork. None of them is on main yet. Which would you like as pull requests?

1. A README link to the tool list that works.
2. One page that lists every setting.
3. Small tidy-ups in the issue forms and docs links.
4. An accessibility page that GitHub shows as a tab.
5. A website test that runs on its own.

• Tool catalog link

  • Today: the README link for the tool catalog lands on a page that only says to build REA.
  • My change: the page shows three ways to read the catalog without a build. Two broken links now point there too.
  • Issue: [Docs] README tool catalog link leads to build steps; the docs site is never published CassieFox23/rea#2. Pull request: docs(mcp-contracts): say how to read the generated tool catalog CassieFox23/rea#12.

• Settings table

  • Today: REA's settings are spread over many pages. REA_LOG_LEVEL, for one, is only in CONTRIBUTING.md.
  • My change: a new docs/environment.md, one table of 40 settings with the default and source file for each.

• Housekeeping

  • Today: the bug form still says 3.1.0, and the template chooser names AGENTS.md as a usage guide. Three docs pages can't be reached from the guides or the sidebar. The README names the Notes app without a link.
  • My change: fixes those four. It also adds a line to CONTRIBUTING.md that English is the source for the translations.

• Accessibility file

  • Today: REA has no accessibility file. So GitHub shows no tab for it.
  • My change: a new ACCESSIBILITY.md. It says what works today, what is missing, and how to report a barrier. Owner and reply time are TODOs for you.

• Website test

  • Today: scripts/test-website.py failed when run alone on a clean tree.
  • My change: it no longer applies to today's main, and I have not re-run the test there.

I checked all five against main at 12ee785. None of them is there yet, and no open pull request covers them.

Thanks, morluto, for the quick yes on the dark mode post. That one started as CassieFox23#1, with pull requests CassieFox23#5 and CassieFox23#8. It became 12ee785 (#1894). I tried these five on my fork first, the same way.

What I would change before opening each one

• Tool catalog: one line in docs/cli.md moved, so the patch needs a small rebase.

• Settings table: the table is from an older main, so it needs a row for REA_WABT_BIN_DIRECTORY. Open pull requests feat(mcp): add operator tool selection #1669 and feat(ghidra): disable named auto-analyzers via REA_GHIDRA_DISABLED_ANALYZERS #1800 add more settings. feat(setup): support Kimi Code client integrations #1806 edits the same skill file.

• Housekeeping: pull requests feat(javascript): add proof-gated js-redox deobfuscation #1815 and feat(flutter): identify Dart snapshot builds and inspect AOT payloads by pure APK parsing #1582 touch every README, so the Notes link would need a rebase. The missing star-count line in the translations is already fixed on main.

• Accessibility file: the colour line still says light only, so I would update it. I would also re-check two lines on today's website. One is about heading levels. One is about contrast.

• Website test: the test file has since moved its fixtures to website/_site, which Git ignores. The fix needs a rewrite for that.

Happy to send them one each, or grouped, or to drop any you do not want. No rush.
