Hi — I have been contributing fixes here (10 merged pull requests; currently #3122, #3572 and #4828 open). When I try to open a fourth, creation fails with
FORBIDDEN: does not have the correct permissions to execute CreatePullRequest, and closing one open PR makes the next creation succeed immediately. The open-PR distribution shows contributors capped at three, so I understand this repository limits concurrent open pull requests for users without write access — a fair policy.Question: for contributors with a merged track record here, would you consider raising the cap or adding the account to a bypass list, so a small queue of ready, tested fixes can sit in review instead of being opened one slot at a time? If you prefer to keep the limit, I will simply rotate within the three slots — no action needed on your side.
Happy to hear your preference either way. Thanks for the project!
