Language-specific T003 thresholds: PHP=100, TS=75, Rust=100, Python=50. Aligned with PHPMD/clippy/ESLint defaults. PHP WARN 211->39, TS WARN 21->1. (#204)
Python observe manage.py root: Django projects with code in subdirectories now resolve absolute imports correctly. Python/Django R 6%->44% (89% of mappable tests). (#205)
TS observe dynamic import: await import('@/lib/...') pattern (Vitest/Next.js) now captured. TS/Next.js R 49%->85% (100% of mappable tests). (#206)
PHP observe parent class import propagation: Parent class imports propagate to child test classes. (#201)
Rust compound cfg(test) detection: #[cfg(all(test, ...))] and #[cfg(any(test, ...))] patterns now detected as inline test modules. (#203)

Dogfooded on 6 private projects (3 PHP, 1 TS, 1 Python, 1 multi-lang). All BLOCK 0, observe R>=85%.
