WhatsApp HACS readiness

  • Add a HACS-compatible custom_components/whatsapp integration with config flow setup, reconfiguration, diagnostics, service schemas, translated action errors, local brand assets, and quality-scale tracking.
  • Add Supervisor discovery from the add-on and automatic add-on detection in the integration, so setup does not ask users for a URL.
  • Add HACS, Hassfest, and pytest workflows for publishing validation.
  • Add Home Assistant My install buttons for the add-on repository, add-on page, HACS repository, and integration setup flow.
  • Add project governance files, maintained root changelog, and AGENTS.md instructions.
  • Add add-on health endpoint, document the add-on security posture, and prevent the add-on from overwriting a HACS-managed integration.
  • Remove the donation badge from README files.
