Logging update flow

Implement logging to have an ability to guess what's going on. Some devices do not get updates...

• Log state changes and internals as debug

• Log update check result as info

• Log errors as warnings and errors depending on flow

• Non-planted Timber as a logger

• Logger usage in readme

• Stripping log messages in production info in readme
