Initial Forge release.

  • Marks items purchased from NPC traders with upd.tradeMarker.traderId.
  • Blocks marked trader-bought items from flea listing by default.
  • Adds configurable server switches for purchase marking and flea restrictions.
  • Includes the client-side marker and tooltip support when built with SPT client references.
