Parsing problem for 98-10-0450

get_cansim("98-10-0450") or get_cansim_sqlite("98-10-0450") tilts. This is a good opportunity to clean up some of the parsing for semi-wide form tables.

Addressed in #115. However, this table is quite large and calling get_cansim("98-10-0450") will take a long time and may lead to the the computer crashing due to memory use. The get_cansim_sqlite("98-10-0450") works fine.
This might be a case where switching some of the data transformation to data table has value, but even this will likely be computationally expensive. Or have better ways to alert the user that this is a large table and point them to the SQLite option.
