There are 24 hours in a day.
Assume 8 for sleeping, or ask user to fill in when starting to use the app?
Same for eating, cleaning oneself.../
This leaves a certain amount of hours available per day.
Tasks (notes) for the day should not amount to more working hours than the ones available.
