rebased and refined the body draw code: now draws the fox along a path and adds rounded outer corners to make the fox more cuddly |

This adds: - ✨ a small food eating celebration - background brick pattern - every time you eat 20 things you get lots of happy faces - rounded corners to make the fox more cuddly also tidy up a bit, reduce recompositions and state in draw loops to polish up the animations, and pull out some magic numbers
