Align the address label in the select address prompt with Fenix #12365
Description
We want to uplift https://searchfox.org/mozilla-mobile/source/fenix/app/src/main/java/org/mozilla/fenix/settings/address/ext/Address.kt#24 from Fenix to AC and use this function in the select address prompt which currently can show empty fields as shown in the screenshot.
