Autofill: Show "autofill" text selection option in password fields

There's also no explicit "autofill" option in the long press menu on password fields.

@K900 Do you have an example (website and browser) where you see this? I tried with Chrome and Twitter and there's no "autofill" option - instead the autofill popup shows up whenever I select a text field.

I only see this option in "native Android UI" but not in Web UI yet.

Yeah, it seems like Chrome doesn't do it either for some reason, but native TextViews do.
