Collect username, email (of parent guardian for <13), and birthday.
Form for creating account should adapt once the required birthday field is chosen. If it's < 13, the user can't pick their own username, and must supply parent / guardian email.

List all the available learning / badge opportunities. Filter by type of program (STEAM), age group. If they're logged in, pre-filter on their age.
This page will feature an interactive filter for Projects, Challenges and Orgs. Possibly something like this one that can be found on the Webmaker Projects page

If the program is a 'challenge' include links and instructions to complete the badge.
Allow the user to 'save' a badge they want to earn, to make it easy to find again.

requires an account that's tagged as a mentor. Each mentor will be assigned to certain badge types that they can verify. When they visit this page, they'll see a list of badge submissions that they can verify, including the date the badge was submitted.
