Improved validation with Firefox schemas

The schemas from Firefox's source are now being used for validating manifest files. Some bug fixes are also included.

• Omnibox APIs are no longer flagged as unsupported (#1209).
• Firefox schemas are used for manifest validation (#1131).
• Reduced noise from ajv when running manifest validation with Firefox schemas (#1196).
• Improved messaging for duplicate or invalid permissions (#1232).
