Description
Skipped results are scanner results with results=None. We should omit them by default via a filter, which still allows us to list absolutely everything when needed. This will make it easier to filter out "skipped" results when doing investigations, e.g. the source builder skips a lot of versions, but we don't immediately see that in the scanner results list.
